A basic simulation of the interaction between Hydrogen and Oxygen atoms. Using the Rutherford-Bohr model for depicting the atoms with a nucleus in the center (red) and black rings for the electron trajectories, the Hydrogen model the single electron is blue, and in the Oxygen model the eight electrons are depicted in green. In the Hydrogen atom model, the single electron is set to rotate at the second ring. If the user moves the mouse to the right, the electron will move to another ring with a change in color, signifying the spectrum emission which occurs according to the Bahlmer series, alpha emission.
